We deal directly with prospects and tenants, saving you time and worry over marketing your rentals, obtaining credit reports and references, collecting rent, handling maintenance and repair issues, responding to tenant complaints and pursuing evictions. 

• Advertising/Marketing - market/advertise property

• Showing - Show all properties to potential tenants by one of our qualified leasing agents

• Screening – review applications and perform credit checks, background checks, employment verification and other screening services on applicants.  

• Leases – to prepare, negotiate and sign new leases and renewals of existing leases

• Inspection – to perform move-in and move-out inspections to validate the condition of the property 

• Maintenance - our professional maintenance team will handle any maintenance requests or emergencies made by the tenant and will do so at the lowest cost possible while maintaining quality

• Tenant Issues - address all tenant issues and negotiate and resolve all disputes

• Rent - collect all rents, fees and deposits from tenants
